Great atmosphere, great coaches, real emphasis on good hard work, so can get a great range of serious training in, but still being able to have the occasional bit of banter. Been training there for a few months, instant warm welcome from day 1, just feels like being at home, except for the bit where you have someone trying to punch you in the face and arm bar you... Hopefully... ... I want to update my review, but they haven't given 6 star options yet! 2.5 years in and it's still my happy place!

Often people might feel intimidated by the thought of going to a martial arts gym. This was completely the opposite, Brendan is very welcoming as are all of the other coaches. There is a lot of fun to be had but also the quality of the coaching is extremely high as you can see from the teams results in BJJ competitions.
