By accessing or using GrappleMaps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals seeking BJJ gyms and gym owners listing their facilities.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

GrappleMaps is an online directory and information platform that:

• • Provides a searchable database of gym profiles, class schedules, and contact information
• • Facilitates enquiries between users and gym owners
• • Displays gym reviews and ratings from verified members

We are an intermediary platform only. All membership agreements and training contracts are formed directly between users and gyms. GrappleMaps is not a party to these contracts and bears no responsibility for their performance.

3. User Accounts

Gym owners wishing to list their facility must create an account. You are responsible for:

Listing Content

Gym owners are responsible for all content in their listings, including descriptions, photos, class schedules, and pricing. You must:

We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate these Terms or community standards.

5. Enquiries and Memberships

Gym Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry:

• • Gyms contact you directly to discuss membership options
• • You are under no obligation to join any gym
• • Response times typically occur within 24-48 hours

Membership Agreements

All memberships are contracts formed directly between you and the gym. GrappleMaps:

• • Is not a party to the membership contract
• • Does not guarantee gym availability or quality of instruction
• • Is not responsible for disputes between members and gyms
• • Does not process payments or handle refunds

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• • Impersonate any person or entity
• • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

7. Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms
