Our Head Instructor and Founder Paxton Gibbons is one of the best in the UK, and our students are extremely friendly and compete at a high level in the UK and Internationally. We believe in giving back, and our members regularly take part in raising money for the REORG Charity which helps ex-Service Men and Women overcome PTSD through BJJ. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport system that focuses on grappling, joint locks, chokes and especially ground-fighting. It provides amazing physical and mental benefits and is a great workout. BJJ teaches discipline and confidence, especially for children.
