Founded in 2010 by Olgun Tiltay, Shuhari Self Defence began with a simple mission: to help people become the strongest version of themselves, both mentally and physically. No prior experience is necessary. Shuhari Martial Arts | Karate MMA welcomes complete beginners and provides a supportive environment to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fundamentals.
For your first class, bring comfortable athletic clothing, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. The gym can provide information about purchasing a gi (BJJ uniform) once you decide to continue training.

Excellent instructors, friendly and professional. They are also very flexible with the days and that makes it very easy to parents. In addition, my son, who has recently joined the team, enjoys very much his lessons and he feels very satisfied with the skills he is learning. They are very supportive and patient hence, I highly recommend this place for all stages of learning.
