Hello and welcome to Fu Jau Academy! Slough’s premier Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts school. At Fu Jau, you will learn from experienced instructors, Head Coach Adrian Bedlow and Coach Paul Berry, who collectively have over 60 years’ experience in Martial Arts including Karate, Submission Wrestling, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Thai Boxing, Jujitsu, Judo and Yoga. For over two decades, Fu Jau’s coaches have found no other system that brings the benefits of increased self-confidence, self-esteem, self-respect, self-discipline and self-defence than that of Martial Arts training. Combining this with highly effective guidance and character-building tools, Fu Jau students are physically fit and mentally and emotionally strong.
