This is a great gym and has a different mix of classes which I find very interesting and as top quality couches that actually fight so you're getting top knowledge even if you don't want to fight professionally it's still a great gym to train at and it always a buzzing atmosphere. The gym is buzzing at the moment since I won a belt loads of the kids are progressing and even doing good in their school grades we always push kids to do great

Great team, great Gym, welcoming from the start which created enjoyable environment for me to train and learn new skill sets. If your interested in fitness, competing or would just like a new hobby to challenge yourself , I would highly recommend Rough Diamonds MMA

Amazing atmosphere and great training environment! Lots of classes to choose from and an everyone has a welcoming attitude! The trainers are fun and also very motivated to get you into your best possible shape! Absolutely love going! And excellent value for money! I can not recommend enough!
