The club is very welcoming for everybody. The instructor’s jiu jitsu knowledge is very high level and he always prioritises safety. I went several BJJ gyms all over the world but Axis UK is one of the best.

This gym welcomes a lot of beginners but has also created a lot of people that succeed at higher-belt international tournaments, so it's a good gym for all levels. The head instructor is very knowledgeable and has been teaching for many years and has a very impressive competitive record himself (shown on the website) so the level of instruction is excellent. There's also a culture of being friendly, safe, and respectful, and there are a lot of people that show up regularly, so it's a nice place to train even if you don't want to compete.
