I've been training at this Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym for 6 months, and it's been an incredible experience. The instructors are not only highly skilled but also genuinely passionate about teaching and helping students progress. They create a supportive environment where everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, feels welcome and encouraged to improve. The gym itself is clean, spacious. The community here is amazing—everyone is respectful, focused, and always willing to help each other out. I can’t say enough good things about the classes at Impulse Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that my 6 year old daughter goes to! The instructors Fabio and L’neicha are awesome—super patient and great at making the classes fun. She’s learning so much more than just Jiu-Jitsu; she’s picking up important lessons on discipline, respect, and working with others. It’s amazing to see her grow in confidence and focus, and she genuinely looks forward to every class. I’m so happy we found this, and I’d definitely recommend it to any other parents looking for a great activity for their kids!
