About this academy

Jiu Jitsu was designed and developed so that a smaller, weaker person can defend his or herself against, or even defeat, a larger and stronger opponent. The Foundations of Unity are built on our ethos of an open arms friendly approach to submission grappling. Our mission is to create a community and unite people via our love for Jiu Jitsu.
