Great gym. We were visiting from the US and my 11 year old was able to participate in a kids jujitsu class. The coaches were wonderful and he enjoyed his time there.

I train at 10P Chino Hills in California, so while visiting London I stopped by and trained here and at both London HQ and London SE for 5 classes. They have early morning, afternoon and evening classes. I saw that many females train at both locations, so if you are a female and interested in learning a very beneficial martial to protect yourself and your family. I highly recommend for all women to learn Jiu-jitsu and for women who also want to learn striking, they have Muy Thai and MMA classes available. The way my wife started training Jiu-jitsu was by bringing one of her female friends to start with her. So gather a group of your girlfriends and at least take a trial class to see just how beneficial it is to your self confidence and health. Jiu-jitsu is a great way to get your cardio going and strengthen training in, while having a great time with friends and family. The head coach and owner, Jamie Scott, and his assistant coaches, Jack and Michael, were all very welcoming and taught each class with great skill and technique. They made me feel like I was family. Both gyms were very clean and had showers available for both men and women. If you live in the area or just like to travel to different gyms like I do, I highly recommend training at this gym. Also, check out their rashguards on their website. Their competition rashguard has one the best images that I've seen. Think London apocalypse with a bunch of skulls on the ground.

Highest level Jiu jitsu/grappling gym I’ve been in. In the open mat sessions on Saturday you’ll find out quick everyone is skilled and they will bring out the best of you. The mat is full of humble hard workers. Loved the experience and absolutely will come back when I’m in London.
