For your first class, bring comfortable athletic clothing, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. The gym can provide information about purchasing a gi (BJJ uniform) once you decide to continue training.

Fantastic Club. Friendly & highly knowledgeable coaches and members provide a really positive training experience. Can’t recommend highly enough. An excellent place to train. The atmosphere is excellent, everyone gets along, the coaches are very approachable and communicate excellently, and there's a huge variety of lessons available both before and after working hours to fit around busy schedules. Could not recommend the gym enough!
