In Kent for two weeks for work and this was a great facility to drop into. Received a warm welcome from Warren, the head coach. Was able to use the mat space and bags and he even put a message in the group chat to organize some open mat sparring just for me. Really incredible vibe here 🤙🏻

My youngest son has just started here and wow the people are so helpful and encouraging. Warren and Sam explain it all so easy that the kids fully understand how to do the moves. Ben is a top guy aswel and explained and answered a lot of questions me and the wife had. All three guys are very friendly and knowledgeable and put you at ease can't fault it at all. Keep up the good work guy's

Been coming for about 3 weeks now as something to do when off from work, Warren and Ben are great with teaching and very down to earth, I actually really like coming as it’s something to focus on, I’ve since stopped smoking to improve my cardio. I feel that each session I learn something new and things are explained to me In intricate detail.
