Pat is an awesome and dedicated coach who provides great classes for beginners and more advanced students alike. My time at the academy has always been fun and welcoming. The classes at Bekenham and Bromley in particular are really good with a lot of direct instruction and help with a great crew of people.

TRICCS is great place to practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The coaches are very experienced and make you feel very welcome. I have learnt a lot in a short space of time. Highly recommended.

Been with Triccs for almost four months now and really enjoying BJJ. The classes run regularly at locations all over south east London and are friendly and inclusive for everyone. The facilities are great at all locations, especially Bromley.
