Coach Jen is amazing! been training with Jen for just over 2 years now and my fitness and confidence has come on so much!!, the sessions are always different and all the gang that come to train are just the best gang of people! My son attends classes twice a week and the change in him has been nothing short of miraculous. Jen and Paul coach him technically in kickboxing, but also emotionally in resilience, respect, bravery and discipline. I would recommend them to anyone and can't wait for my youngest to be big enough to start to train. Much respect to the team. 🥰
