Quality place to train. In the area for work and was looking for a place to blow the cobwebs off. If you are anywhere nearby - this is the place to train. Was made to feel really welcome and the fundamentals class was quality.Good pace, good training partners, good rolling and really good instruction. Leave the Gi at home, turn up pay as you go and have a great time. I highly recommend this place and will be back whenever I am up this way.
