I'm new to this place but not new to Martial arts. The quality of the teaching is reflected in the people that train here. It's not just friendly it's supportive and you get a feeling everyone wants to help you to learn. The stuff you learn here will stand the test on the street as we do test regularly so you are prepared to use it when needed. Great place and light on the pocket too.
