All four of our children have attended for a couple of years now moving from a different area. 11year old won gold in the world championships, it’s helped with their discipline and fitness. 100% recommend this friendly, professional gym for all ages!

This is a great BJJ gym. The instructors are excellent and the mats are spotlessly clean. Everyone is very welcoming so if you’re thinking of taking up the sport or are moving to the area you would struggle to find a better place to train!

Thanks for making me feel so welcome , came from Colchester on holiday here came for 3 sessions , and all occasions I was made to feel very welcome and off course I learned so much, would love to come and join this gym if I lived closer.
