The coach Nick is amazing, his classes are well structured, fun and you always come away feeling like you’ve learnt something. I’ve also done some of his private lessons and he’s incredibly patient and a very knowledgeable coach. 10/10 recommend

Really good set of lads and lasses really friendly and where very welcoming in To the gym. The classes are really good and the coaches take there time to drill and to help you individually. The bjj gi and no gi is really good mix of people and levels and the Thai boxing is the same really good mix of lads, would recommend in a hart beat
