First time at IMA yesterday! I’m new to BJJ and was quite nervous going in, but that didn’t last long. It was such a friendly environment where everyone was really kind, helpful and put me at ease, especially Coach Has who made sure I was doing okay throughout the sessions. His teaching style was also brilliant, clear and full of detail which really helped someone like me whose knowledge is pretty limited! Facilities were clean which is also a massive plus. Thanks for having me down, really enjoyed it!

First time at IMA to watch an event and I was not disappointed. I had two of my friends competing (against each other nonetheless) and was blown away by both of their performances. Every fight on the card never had a full moment. The staff were warm and welcoming and it is apparent to see that everyone is there to support one another. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn MMA or those who are looking to progress, to join IMA.
