Brought my son to build his confidence, and what a great decision, he has come on leaps and bounds since starting at Atlas, leaning new skills and making new friendship. The trainers are brilliant with the kids and and extremely patient and knowledgeable. I'd recommend to everyone to come along with your kids and before you know it your be getting involved as well.

I enrolled my son in July and it has been one of the best decisions I have made. From the start, Dean, Elaine and the team have welcomed my son, made him feel comfortable and helped ease him into the class. Fast forward to October and my son has asked to go twice a week and has now earned his first stripe. The lessons are fun, engaging but also professional and disciplined. My son can't wait for his Mini Titans class each week! Thank you to all at Atlas!

I've been coming to the Muay Thai classes at Atlas for over 2 years now, and having trained and numerous gyms across the country since I started in 2016, I can confidently say Atlas is by far one of the best, most welcoming gyms I've trained at. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient and offer plenty of coaching and support to those who need it. The other members of the gym extend the same attitude and will not hesitate to partner with new members to share their own knowledge and experience. The gym is clean, tidy and importantly, there are no ego-fighters at Atlas, which I have seen plenty of in my time. Great job to Dean, Elaine and the team.
