I very rarely post reviews of anywhere but the Advanced Fight Centre is brilliant. It has experienced and friendly coaching staff, plenty of "McDojos" out there but this isn't one of them. Whatever level of skills you have, this is the place to be. John runs a great gym and clearly cares about his students. Cannot recommend enough for anyone wanting to try any of the classes ran here

Trained here for many years - cant rate the gym highly enough. John is an incredibly knowledgeable instructor but also a genuine and lovely man. He is backed up by his wife and daughters who also create a family orientated environment.

John is a master of various martial arts disciplines, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for teaching that is evident in every session. His ability to break down complex techniques into understandable steps makes learning both effective and enjoyable. The atmosphere at the Advanced Fighting Centre is outstanding and I cannot speak more highly of my experience.
