I’ve been training at Allegiance since 2010, and it has been an incredible journey. I’ve had the privilege of training in both Japanese Ju Jitsu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and I can honestly say this place feels like a second home. The instructors are not only highly skilled but also genuinely invested in helping every student improve. They take the time to break down techniques, answer questions, and ensure you’re constantly growing in both skill and confidence. Just joined and had a great experience from a very experienced welcoming team. I am an older adult (53) and wasn't sure if this was a good idea but so glad I made that jump, no regrets and would recommend the club to anyone thinking joining Well an update 10 months in and still have no regrets and I would say life changing in so many ways. I can't thank the coaches enough for all the help and support and looking forward to the future 👍

I've trained here for the past few years, what a club! I had never done any martial arts before and was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the students and coaching staff were. They helped me early on to build confidence with their flawless tuition. The facilities are also great, the best I've seen compared to any club I've been to visit. Sensei Patrick, Stephen, Guy and coaches Dean, Craig, Lee and George are great teachers. They have not only helped me develop as a BJJ practitioner but as a person. The competition team is very high level and has allowed me to medal at multiple competitions. If you are hesitant of trying BJJ then I strongly recommend you attend a free trial class and see why everyone falls in love with it!
