My 2 kids absolutely love it here one is 13 and one is 5 and they find it very engaging, Coach chau always makes each session fun but also disciplined at the same time, to keep the kids focused but not overwhelmed, the other kids and parents that attend panda mma become friends and are so welcoming. Also, I love watching them grow in confidence each and every session. Highly recommend giving it a try !!

This gym has become like a second home to me and all the people who train there are all like a big family always good vibes but hard work too. Coaches Chau and Simon are very knowledgeable and teach to a very high level. I had my first two fights under Chau’s coaching and loved every minute of it, honestly walking out to that octagon is the absolute best feeling on this planet, nothing compares.

Couldn't recommend this place more son absolutely loves coming to every session! Everyone has been very welcoming the main teacher couldn't praise him more for how brilliant he is with every child every age my son is 7 and is with the older 1s but the main teacher he's very patient with him and is teaching him so much he's very respectful with every parent and child and has made it feel like a family!
