One doesn't have to be fit to fight, but learning how to fight shall make you fit:) I started my adventure with Krav Maga a couple of years ago and a while since I joined Fit2FightBack. I found it to be excellent club. Edmund is first class trainer with exceptional professional and interpersonal skills. Classes are well managed offering safe and progressive training. I am more than convinced that it can suit anyone who wants to improve his/her fitness or even better, learn professional and one of the best self defence system. I shall recommend Edmund's classes to beginners and more advanced interdisciplinary students. Try it, learn it, get committed:)))

A few years back I was looking for a self defence class for my then 12 years old daughter. We came for a taster session and got hooked immediately. Edmund and Alicia are brilliant teachers who make you feel welcome and cared for. They create fun and supportive environment in which it is easy to learn no matter what your age and level of fitness, which is particularly important to me as a mother. Currently we train with Dave, who continues this tradition in his own brilliant, kind-hearted style. The training is focused on practical skills and techniques, which you may find useful in a street fight situation. It’s a fantastic self-defence school which I highly recommend.

We trained at the women's session with Edmund for several months, and were devastated when we had to move away. The classes were brilliant- I couldn't recommend them enough. We started as absolute beginners and Edmund's method of teaching was supportive, patient and motivational. You can really learn a lot very quickly, and it's fantastic exercise. We covered a huge range of drills and learned to respond practically to various attacks, and I felt far safer after training. The other members of the class were also brilliant and classes were the highlight of our week. We'll definitely miss those classes, but krav is great training so we'll definitely be trying to keep it up in future!
