I don’t get chance to go as often as I’d like but when I do, I come away buzzing. The group is a genuinely lovely bunch of good folks and the instructor, Owain is awesome, patient but focussed. I can highly recommend this group to learn BJJ, self defence, confidence and physical fitness. If you’re unsure, go along anyway, you’ll surprise yourself. 😉

Such a great place to train BJJ, with a great head coach in Owain, who is a BJJ black belt with a huge amount of experience. You won’t find a better place to train in Ludlow than here. If you are a beginner, the team are amazing and will help you with your BJJ journey of learning. A great atmosphere and super friendly team.

Really enjoying Borderlands Grappling. Owain is a great guy and incredibly knowledgeable. Which makes learning from him very productive, and a lot of fun. Would highly recommend it to anyone considering giving grappling a try!
