Been training here for a year. Great bunch of guys and some world class coaching. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to train in BJJ or MMA. My only wish is that I started earlier!

SBG Shropshire is a great place to train for all ages. I'm in my 50s and my son has been training there since he was 11. The instruction is second to none and Casey is a world class coach. I couldn't recommend highly enough.
