Superb BJJ gym. Such a friendly and welcoming vibe; accessible to all levels of ability, age and fitness. Coaching is top notch, can't recommend highly enough. The gym also runs classes for children. It's one of the few places that understands that FUN should be the main ingredient for developing a legitimate, long lasting interest in something like BJJ. My 6 year old son loves the sessions, it's quickly become his favourite pastime. The gym is an absolute asset to Leek, a hidden gem with accessible parking right outside. If you're unsure if it's for you, just turn up and see for yourself, you won't regret it!

Really warm and inviting atmosphere with a great bunch of students ranging from the inexperienced to much higher belts. Dave, the owner is a really considerate, friendly and knowledgeable guy and is eager to share his wealth of BJJ and grappling experience with others. The guy is an absolute BJJ geek! In addition to Dave there are also some fabulous coaches who train and teach at Roll Models Leek. The gym is situated in the town centre so for anyone resident in Leek it is easily walkable to. If in doubt give it a go. The first lesson is free so what do you have to lose?

My 9 year old goes to Roll Models BJJ Gym Leek and after bumping around different self defence classes for her, I can say this really is fantastic! Everything is fun, explained and demonstrated properly, the coach knows exactly who to pair up together within the warm up time so there's no nerves or feeling like a newbie, every child feels like they've always been there within minutes and coach is hands on and will join in or pair up when they need that extra bit of support. it's a great class where all levels are catered for together with no pressure,and as parents watching we get lots of laughs (especially in crab football 🤣) I honestly can't recommend roll models enough, it needs 10 stars!
