This is a top class gym and training facility! As a female I was nervous to start a male-dominated sport but everyone has been so lovely and supportive throughout my time and nothing but respectful. I love the energy in the gym and the community feeling is unreal! Head coach Chris has always been really approachable to discussing anything you might need and goes above and beyond for all his students! The other head coaches, Steven and Ross, are also top quality instructors and welcome feedback on their sessions. Couldn’t recommend Alliance enough! 🦅

A very welcoming jiu jitsu gym for all abilities. Great time table with classes at various times throughout the day. Chris and all the coaches are very supportive and dedicated which makes it an amazing and fun place to train. You find yourself learning something new every week.
