About this academy

Intensity Martial Arts is a state of the art facility based in Willenhall, West Midlands. Established in 2021, we cater for all levels from recreational gym goers to professional athletes. We cover all bases within MMA including, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Thai Boxing, and other striking aspects. Our facility has a 150 square metre matted area, changing rooms, showers, and a communal reception.

We’ve had an amazing experience at Intensity. Coach Dan is brilliant – knowledgeable, encouraging, and great with the kids. The gym has a real family feel, with teammates who support and push each other to grow. As a parent, I really appreciate the comfortable waiting area and how welcoming the staff are from the moment you walk in. It’s clear they care deeply about their members, and it’s become a second home for our son. Couldn’t recommend it more!

My son has been attending now for nearly a year & he’s progressed so much in just 9 months he’s reached his orange belt. His confidence has grown and he absolutely loves classes. The staff are amazing with all the children and they go above and beyond to make them feel welcome and support their learning. They have a good class structure but also make the learning fun and age appropriate for all the children. Highly recommend anyone looking for their child or their selves to get in touch with Intensity! Dan & his team are amazing at what they do.
