Ruffnecks was established in 2022 by Lee, Richie, and Claire as a place where individuals could engage in training in a welcoming and supportive environment & at a reasonable cost. We have known each other for many years, and wanted a more open friendly club where people of all shapes and sizes could come and train hard and get their maximum potential at a fair price.
