1 Star – Extremely Unwelcoming Experience I went to Fightzone London for my first advanced MMA session, coming in with prior experience. Instead of being evaluated on skill or given a chance to train, the coach dismissed me just because I didn’t do the warm-up exactly how they wanted. No explanation, no correction, just straight-up rejection. Honestly, I’ve trained at multiple gyms and never seen anything like that. MMA is supposed to be about discipline, growth, and community—but this place felt the opposite. The atmosphere was cold, unwelcoming, and full of ego. I walked in motivated, and walked out completely disappointed. If you're looking for a gym that supports your journey and meets you where you are, this isn’t the place. Terrible first impression and zero professionalism. Avoid unless you like being judged before you even break a sweat.

I joined Fightzone with zero martial arts experience and was honestly a bit nervous at first – but from day one, the atmosphere was so welcoming and supportive. The coaching, especially from Marco and the BJJ team, was top-notch. They made learning both enjoyable and challenging in the best way. Although I've had to move away and can no longer attend, I'm genuinely grateful for everything the team has done for me. Fightzone has played a huge part in my personal growth, and I’ll always look back at my time there with appreciation. Highly recommend to anyone looking to start or continue their martial arts journey!

Naked people all in changing room unpleasant to see. I guess the training is alright but focused more on people who already adapted to the sport. They have introductory classes however these classes are 45 minutes and basically only padding work. The general beginner classes are daunting for beginners as the people in the classes are people who are well adapted and as a beginner you feel very slept on. Classes are good and get a. Sweat in however don’t recommend if you don’t have a friend to go with as pairing up with someone who has 1 year of experience compared to you just starting is a horrible feeling. You feel as if your partner has wasted a whole session teaching you how to use pads and correct technique. But I guess that’s why they have intro classes. Very mediocre place. They also charge £1 for a small bottle of water. Sessions are ram packed with 40+ people. Good place if you have an established partner to go with. They also try charge you for the next month too
