Really a great gym and experience! Dropping into this gym includes a day pass to the entire establishment so if you like, you can get your swol on before you roll so you can look intimidating. I came in for a drop in class on a Sunday and everyone on the mats were very welcoming. Apparently Sunday is the review for the prior week but not to worry, I got plenty of information from the instruction and my rolling partner. Both were very helpful with the small details around the specific movement sequence we were looking to learn. Igor was running the class and had a very calm demeanor about his instruction. After the instruction, it was time to roll. On Sundays they keep going until everyone leaves so don't worry about getting enough rolls in. Each of my rolling partners were tough but respectful and wiling to talk through the experience. Really couldn't ask for much else.

Amazing team, great bjj school to learn and train. Thanks to Eduardo, Cesar, Max, Pawel, Luis. Safe and comfortable environment to train. Coaches and team mates all supportive and make it an overall positive experience.

Grand union is one of the best if not the best place to Train BJJ in London. An amazing team of coaches all with their unique style and approach to the art of BJJ. A friendly atmosphere with a huge range of skilled players to roll with of all shapes and sizes. Plenty of classes to choose from so no excuses to miss out on a good roll.!
