My daughter attends phoenix BJJ, Mark is passionate and cares about (not only developing skills) but creating a community, teaching to be respectful and supportive of other team members and other competitors. Builds excellent Jiujitsu skills, friendships, life skills and teaches children to be humble. Would recommend for anyone thinking of taking their children or joining the Adult classes themselves.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first kickboxing class here and wanted to express my gratitude. The instructor's expertise and enthusiasm were evident throughout the session. The pace of the class was perfect for beginners, and I appreciated the clear explanations and demonstrations. I already feel more confident in my abilities and excited to continue learning. Thank you

I hate to leave a rubbish review but when the management ignores you, i’m left with no choice. My son attended Phoenix BJJ and he did love it. However, when you rush around with kids to attend a set class to turn up and no one be there, it’s irritating. I contacted management and was ignored. Clearly the other parents were informed (we are all in a group chat) but nobody seems to think they should inform all parents and that it’s acceptable to just cancel classes without information. And then to ignore the parent when they ask if the class is on… Another child was waiting, granted he lives close by, but had we not turned up he would have been waiting alone. I was told that I would be contacted but days later he read my message and didn’t respond, so I have messaged again and I am now just left unread. I have asked for the month’s payment back, as that was the first session of the month. The group is lovely- but this is just extremely unprofessional and not how a business should be conducted. Clearly zero concern for the children and just about the money. I doubt i’ll get my money back, an apology or a courteous response so all I can do now is warn people so that they don’t experience the same crappy customer service or decency. Considering I have also spent £125 on Phoenix BJJ attire- leaving the club was not an action I wanted to take. We have found another club. I recommend any parents wanting their children to do BJJ should do the same.
