My eight year old daughter and I joined Brian’s group last year, and have enjoyed every session! Everyone is friendly, inclusive and supportive, with a large variety of abilities, which keeps the sessions interesting. My daughter is learning skills to empower her and is seeing positive women role models in action, as well as being inspired by the diverse group she now trains with.

Very friendly environment, my son learned a lot since he joined both in jujitsu and as a confident builder. Brian and his assistance are friendly and approachable. And the seesions are well constructed, I would happily recommend anyone to join as am tempted myself to join the adult section
