Blue Dragon was founded in 2003 by Coach Rob Rooney, who began his martial arts training in 1993 at age 13. In June 2018, we opened our dedicated training studio in Southampton - 'Blue Dragon Dojo' - from here, we teach a variety of martial arts and cater to all ages, abilities and levels of fitness.
