After a long break, I’ve just started training BJJ again here, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The atmosphere that Alex, along with trainers and higher belts like Shaun, Jake, and Nathan, create is incredible. They’re always approachable, happy to answer questions, and willing to go over techniques as many times as needed. That openness trickles down to the entire gym, making it a place where everyone is eager to learn and help each other improve. Rolling with training partners who genuinely want to see you get better—pointing out mistakes and offering advice—makes every session both educational and fun.

Amazing gym! I’m new to martial arts, and ever since I started coming here, I’ve felt safe and very welcome. Alex is great at explaining things and makes everything look easy. Other more experienced lads, who have been here for a long time, are also very knowledgeable and helpful. The gym creates a fantastic environment for anyone who wants to learn martial arts. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, even if they’ve never been on the mats before (like myself).
